About Eggplant sparrow
Eggplant sparrow is a wild plant in Malaysia and in the countries of the other tropical countries but is originally Antilles. Usually it is eaten raw or dicelur to be a side dish. Eggplant sparrow contains 2% protein, 0.1% fat, 7.9% carbohydrate and contains many fosforus, a little iron, vitamin A, B1, and C.
Interestingly, it also contains alkoloid type of steroid known as solasodin the womb of 0.84%. Steroid is very important in the field perubatan, chiefly to produce the pill family.
